automation_policy
AOM surfaces declare an automation_policy so agents know what they may do on a given surface.
Levels
- none: no automation — agents should not act on this surface.
- allowed: controlled automation — agents may act within the tasks/actions you define in your surface JSON.
- open: permissive automation — agents may use the surface freely, still respecting global safety rules and any explicit prohibitions.
